1. What SabinPDF is

SabinPDF provides free, browser-based tools for working with text and PDF files, including converting text to PDF, extracting text from PDF, editing PDF text, merging, splitting, signing, filling PDF forms, and converting images to PDF. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive or store the files you work with.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use SabinPDF only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the files you process and for ensuring you have the right to use, edit, sign, or otherwise handle the content of those files. You agree not to use the site to create, alter, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or violates any applicable law.

3. No account, no warranty

SabinPDF does not require you to create an account. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every file or use case.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SabinPDF and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the site or tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because your files are processed locally and never leave your device, you are responsible for keeping your own backups before editing or converting important documents.

5. Advertising

SabinPDF may display advertisements, including through Google AdSense, to help keep the tools free. Ads are served by third parties and SabinPDF is not responsible for the content of ads or for any transactions between you and advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.

6. Intellectual property

The SabinPDF name, logo, design, and site code (excluding open-source third-party libraries used to power the tools) belong to their respective owners. You retain full ownership of any files, text, images, or documents you create or process using SabinPDF's tools.

7. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SabinPDF at any time, and we may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
